dIGITAL POLICY

I prefer to use email for logistical and practical purposes only. Please do not use email to send content related to your therapy sessions, as email is not completely secure or confidential. It is also important for the process of therapy that therapeutic conversations take place face to face in the therapy room.

Please do not use messaging on websites such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to contact me. These sites are not secure and I may not read these messages in a timely fashion. The use of these sites may also compromise your Client Privacy. I will therefore not be able to interact with you online.

If you need to contact me between sessions, the best way to do so is by direct e-mail for administrative issues such as changing appointment times.
